The design team at ASG Services create some of the most diverse warehouse sign designs available. Custom design and manufacturing capabilities as well as a deep understanding of logistics and distribution center applications, brings a dynamic approach and fresh thinking.

Our team of specialists work closely with customers to understand their functional and performance needs. The information gathered is used to select materials, dimensions and display formats. If needed, prototypes can be made and sent for testing. Once all is cleared, production begins.

Often, customers know the warehouse sign design that will work for them, so our product team is able to get to work by replicating those quickly. This is particularly common with facility expansions or replacements. Once ordered, they enter ASG’s archive for future re-orders. Materials for Warehouse Signs.

ASG Services use a range of materials, each with unique properties for making types of signs, for internal and external use.

  • Materials
    Expanded PVC board, PVC, aluminum composite, styrene, MDO (Medium Density Overlay) and polypropylene are materials we use. There are several factors to consider when choosing the ideal material.
  • Forming
    Can the material be shaped to meet the ergonomic requirement?
  • Environment
    Internal ambient conditions pose little issue, but cold stores and external conditions need careful consideration.
  • Content Design
    How content will be applied and used is important for performance.
  • Budget
    Limitations are understandable, and there are some things we can do. However, we strive to select the most cost effective for the needs regardless. We do not make cheap signs, because they don’t last.

Warehouse barcode signs and rack aisle signs are the most popular location ID signs produced for the US logistics and distribution market. However, every warehouse and fulfilment center are different to the other, so there is no standard.

Every sign which leaves our production facility is different to the next. Warehouse hanging signs are used to identify floor storage locations and are typically installed by our project installation teams. They are one of the most popular warehouse sign designs made at ASG Services.

How far away can I stand and scan them?

Warehouse barcode signs are location signs equipped with long-range material used to print the barcode on. The material allows the user to stand around 49ft to 65ft away and scan the barcode with ease, if their hardware is equipped with the relevant components.

What sizes do you supply?

All products from ASG Services are custom made. We can supply any size, color and content required. Our online store lists stock sizes, for those looking to purchase basic items.

What color options are available?

Almost any color can be supplied in board and character material. Customers looking to match company brand colors or a previous scheme can be accommodated with a huge range of color options to choose from.

For those looking for more intricate designs or information and diagram signs, colors are unlimited.  We utilize digital print technologies for these which are almost limitless.
