Secure On-Line Ordering

Our site offers secure shopping facilities for your peace of mind. We accept credit and debit card payment, and your order is processed only when your goods are ready to ship. If you prefer not to use card payment, you can print off your order and send it with a check made payable to ASG Services LLC at the above address. Alternatively you can telephone your order through to our sales team free on 877 447 9798. Please have your order details and credit card number ready when you call. If your item is not in stock, or is a made-to order item, we will email or telephone you with an expected delivery date.

Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, we will offer you a replacement or refund on stock items. We request that you return unsuitable goods to us in new, unused condition within 7 working days of receipt. Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty by the customer and ASG Services LLC. Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations.
