Warehouse floor labels identify areas in the warehouse were fixings for labels or signs are not available and the floor is the only option. ASG Services has invested considerably to develop floor labels options that are hard-wearing, affordable and beneficial to the warehouse and distribution industry. Bringing several plastic layers together using heat treatment, our entry level plastic floor label is exceptionally tough, furthermore with a special high strength adhesive we are able to supply a consumable label to be applied to the floor quickly and without extensive preparation. As an option to help protect the label we also provide a metal frame that sits over the label and prevents direct impact with forklift trucks and other traffic in the warehouse. It is not impervious to damage but it extends the lifespan significantly in warehouses where pallets are lifted rather than dragged. An alternative floor label option that is unique to ASG Services is the embedded label. Using our own specialist machinery, we create a recess in the floor, apply a special epoxy bonding agent and lay the cradle in position. The cradle is produced from a high density plastic to withstand the weight of forklift trucks. A metal label is then fixed into the cradle complete with anodized identification content. An additional benefit of this system is that the metal floor label can be replaced as you change your configuration and/or blanked if needed. Our floor labels are intended to be used exclusively or as part of a larger warehouse identification system.
